Great satisfaction and joy can be found by working collaboratively with othes. I've been fortunate to have experiences working with others in a variety of creative projects. This has broadened my world view considerably. What seems to work best is when the notion of another identity is given credence - an identity that while it is distinct from the individuals involved in a project, it would not exist on its own.
